This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 7 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 260kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
