This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 14 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 14-VDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 260kHz.
