LM2685MTCX/NOPB Description


LM2685MTCX/NOPB is a type of CMOS charge-pump voltage converter operating as an input voltage doubler. Up to 50mA of output current at +5V (± 5%), and 15mA at ?5V can be provided by using five low-cost capacitors in this circuit. Output resistance and voltage ripple can be reduced when the LM2685MTCX/NOPB voltage converter operates at a 130 kHz switching frequency. It is well suited for battery-powered systems based on an operating current of only 800μA and 6μA typical shutdown current.
