There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 600kHz 1.25MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate.
