LM2734ZMK Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 3MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 20V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V for operation.
