As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 750kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V. The output current of 20mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. There is a maximum input voltage of 4.4V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3V for operation.
