LM27951SD/NOPB Overview
14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. Surface Mount is used for mounting.The system emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency.At -40°C~85°C TA, the led driver is capable of operating.Backlight has many benefits.A termination of 14 is used to operate the LED driver.Its configuration is based on 14 pins.Segments counted are 4.It has been mounted on Surface Mount.The LED driver is available under the part number LM27951.An acceptable maximum value for the supply voltage is 5.5V.This device has an output voltage of 2.5V~3.9V volts.As a result, it can also be classified as Display Drivers.The input voltage must be minimally 2.8V.As a result, it runs at a minimal voltage of 2.8V in order to achieve the best efficiency.Supply current cannot exceed 5.5V.When the maximum supply current is less than 1.9mA, this device is able to provide high efficiency.There is no current that can be supplied to the load.It is capable of fulfilling its full functionality when the switching frequency remains at 750kHz.In the absence of external factors, 1.5mA current is consumed.
