A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.6V.
