For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.6MHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
