For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 550kHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
