LM293PE4 Overview
In order to make transportation easier, it is packaged in PDIP .A comparator with an output type of TTL is being used.As you can see, the comparator has8 terminals.Electronic comparator is a part of Comparator family.Electronic comparator is capable of performing numerous tasks when powered by 5V voltage.A total of 8 pins are included.The comparator consists of 8 pins.There is 2.5mA current flowing in this comparator.There is a Through Hole on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board.Electronic comparator is recommended that the nominal supply current of the device be 1mA .A current supply greater than 500μA may cause the comparator to malfunction.Electronic comparator is possible to input a maximum of 250nA current into the device.Comparator electronics follows that the voltage gain of the part is 106.02dB .In general, temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended.Comparator electronics will not be able to function at temperatures below -25°C .A comparator's maximum supply voltage is 30V volts.Using a voltage as low as 2V is possible for this comparator.For the output quality to be maintained, 2 channels work together.There is essentially a very high gain COMPARATOR amplifier in the comparator.The device is acceptable to pack by TUBE .A 20mA output current is specified for this device.
