LM3100MH Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Up to 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible.
