LM3253TME/NOPB Description
A single lithium-ion cell can power several multi-mode 2G, 3G, and 4G RF power amplifiers (PAs) using the DC-DC converter LM3253TME/NOPB. The LM3253 reduces an input voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V to an output voltage that is dynamically adjustable between 0.4V and 3.6V. The output voltage is set by a VCON analog input, which modifies the output voltage to guarantee effective performance at all RF PA power levels. The LM3253TME/NOPB is designed for use with USB datacards.
