LM3263TMX/NOPB Overview
The system supports a total of 1 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 16-WFBGA, DSBGA. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. There is a general voltage output of 0.4V~3.6V from this power supply regulator. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Converter, RF Power Amplifier as well as other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -30°C~90°C to prevent malfunctions. It is designed to run the input voltage at 2.7V~5.5V. The voltage regulator contains 16terminals. The part has been well received as a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Search LM3263 to find more pin-to-pin solutions. There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board. The power regulators with 16 pins are available. A normal operation requires a voltage of 5.5V. It is recommended that the electrical regulator outputs a value of 2.5A at the present time. This variable voltage regulator has the following extra characteristics: ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE, ALSO OPERATES IN ADJUSTABLE MODE FROM 0.4 TO 3.6V. This rectifier regulator requires input voltage ≥ 2.7V. This AC voltage regulator is capable of switching at a frequency of 2.7MHz. At maximum output, it is designed to produce a current of 2.5A. The power supply regulator allows a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
