LM3281YFQR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFBGA, DSBGA package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -30°C~90°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 6MHz.
