LM3311SQ/NOPB Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 24 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 660kHz 1.28MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.263V. As a result of the 2A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 7V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 2.5V is required for switching regulator operation. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LM3311. At 20V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 690μAA of quiescent current.
