LM337IMP Description


LM337IMP is a kind of 3-terminal nagative voltage regulator that is easy to use and requires only 1 output capacitor for frequency compensation. The output voltage can be set by using 2 external resistors. It is capable of providing in excess of -1.5 A over an output voltage range of -1.2 V to -37 V, excellent regulation, and low thermal transients. Based on internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe-area compensation, LM337IMP is blowout-proof against overloads.
