SC-74A, SOT-753 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Cut Tape (CT) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3.3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.LM3411 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 3.3V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 115μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 3V.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 85μA.
