For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~85°C TA.
