LM3674MF-ADJ Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 5 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. -30°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 600mA output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the LM3674 family is represented. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 3.3V volts. During switching regulator operation, 5 pins are used. With a frequency of 2.6MHz, dc to dc voltage regulator has high accuracy.
