For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 5-WFBGA, DSBGA package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -30°C~85°C TA temperature while operating.
