8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±1.5% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.LM385 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 20μA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.
