LM385BMX Overview


This program uses the SOIC N package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Adjustable control.Tape & Reel external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.A digital IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 1.24V.A 1 output is sufficient.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 235 degrees Celsius.There is a part with 8 pins that have been settled.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 20mA.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.If the voltage reference ic outputs 20mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.There are currently 1 high-quality communication channels available.It has a maximum output voltage of 5.3V, which is equal to its maximum input voltage.Temperatures higher than 70°C should not be used.In addition to operating at temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius, it also operates at high temperatures.There is 5.3V voltage output.
