LM385BXZ/NOPB Overview
A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Bulk package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 5.3V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Search "LM385" for other relevant parts.Through Hole applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 20mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage is 5.3V.Its cathode current should generally be 55μA.There is 1.24V voltage output lower than 1.24V from the voltage reference ic.
