A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Bulk package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±3% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below NOT SPECIFIED during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Search "LM385" for other relevant parts.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 20μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.2.575V is the highest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.2.425V voltage less than 2.425V is output by the voltage reference circuit.
