TO-46-4 Metal Can is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 4.The voltage reference should have ±5% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 6.95V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 4 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.LM399 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 6.95V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 500μA.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has BUILT IN TEMPERATURE STABILIZER.
