LM4030BMF-4.096/NOPB Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy SC-74A, SOT-753 package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.5 terminations with various functions.±0.1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 4.096V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.5 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LM4030".It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 50mA from the reference voltage.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 4.096V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 130μA is what its cathode current should be.
