5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.LM4040 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 3V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 82μA.3V voltage lower than 3V can be output by the voltage reference ic.0 volts is the required supply voltage.
