Uses the handy SOT-23-5 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 5.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.5% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 4.096V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 5.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Part 5 has its pins 5 settled.It can be used by applications with 15mA inputs.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 15mA in this case.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 4.096V when compared to its input voltage.The cathode current should be 88μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 4.096V.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 5V.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 4.096V.
