TO-92 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have 0.5% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.It can be used with 15mA inputs.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 4.096V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 88μA.4.096V voltage lower than 4.096V can be output by the voltage reference ic.0 volts is the required supply voltage.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 4.096V is outputted.
