SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.A Tape & Reel external package encloses the voltage reference ic.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 8.192V is outputted.
