TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.048V.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.LM4050 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 15mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 65μA.
