LM4120AIM5-3.3 Overview
A handy package called SC-74A, SOT-753 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.2%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 3.3V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.5 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "LM4120, you can find more relevant parts.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 5mA.High-quality communication can be achieved through 1 channels.A maximum voltage of 3.3V is generated by it.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 14V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 4.3V supply voltage.Supplying it with 2V volts is the minimum voltage required.A 2V~12V voltage input is common with the voltage reference ic.Idling uses 250μA.A 275μA-shaped supply current is used to operate the voltage reference ic.Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are present in the voltage reference circuit?3.3V matter what the external conditions are, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 3.3V.As the record shows, the voltage reference ic requires at least 2V voltage to run.
