SC-74A, SOT-753 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.8V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.LM4120 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 5mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.8V.1.8V voltage lower than 1.8V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 14V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 2V~12V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 275μA.Current supply is 275μA.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 2V voltage at the very least.
