An easy-to-use SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 5.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.05% tolerance.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.In the voltage reference ic, there are 5 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TJ.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LM4132".For applications with 20mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.5V.An input voltage of 2.9V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 60μA is used.There is 100μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.Among the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series of gadgets, it is a camera.
