LM5000SDX-3/NOPB Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 300kHz 700kHz. DC DC switching regulator's 1.35A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 40V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V. In the particular voltage regulators, the LM5000 family is represented.
