LM5000SDX-6 Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. There is a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 600kHz 1.3MHz. As a result of the 1.35A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 40V.
