LM5009SDC Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 9.5V. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 95V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
