LM5020SD-2/NOPB Overview
It comes in the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 8V~15V and has a 8V~15V supply voltage.
