Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 8V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~590kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Reset, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters.
