It comes in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 15V~90V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 200kHz 600kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
