Capsuled in the 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 15V~90V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz 600kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of 16 terminations are available in dc switching.
