LM50CIM3 Product Details
LM50CIM3 Overview
It is for safety reasons that these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For the protection of the analog sensors, they are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. There are 3 pins on this sensor for proper operation. This electronic component contains 3 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide a current of 130μA when they are working. DC circuits should operate with a maximum voltage of 10V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch, however, may be 4.5V in the DC circuit. Analog sensors should operate with a current of 130μA flowing from the GND terminal. A sensor such as this can be powered by a nominal current of 130μA at its output. A sensor's current output should generally be 10mA to ensure optimal performance. As a rule of thumb, the voltage output by the sensor should be 12.6V.
