LM50CIM3X/NOPB Product Details
LM50CIM3X/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. For the protection of the analog sensors, they are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. The sensor has a pin count of 3 for proper operation. The electronic part has 3 terminations. During operation, the analog sensors may supply 180μA current. This sensor provides a maximum voltage of 10V in a DC circuit. Although in a DC circuit, the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 4.5V. It is recommended that the GND terminal should have a current of 130μA flowing from it. Nominally, this sensor can supply 130μA current to make it work. A sensor's current output should generally be 10mA in order to achieve optimal performance.
