There is greater flexibility with the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 3.5V~14V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The base part number LM5111 refers to a number of related parts.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.The maximum output current can amount to 5A.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.The output current supported by the device is 5A.Keeping the supply current at 2mA ensures greater stability.
