There is greater flexibility with the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Cut Tape (CT) has been used.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.It's configured with 10 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5113.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 10 pins when it is designed.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.There is a maximum output current of 5A that can be achieved.There are several useful electronic components within its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 107V.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.The device is capable of delivering a current of 5A.With its power supplies of 5V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.Setting the operating supply voltage to 5V is recommended.The power supply voltage for this device is set to 100μA.Operation cannot exceed 3mA supply current.
