It comes in a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 6V~100V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz 535kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
