With a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 5.5V~65V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 200kHz 480kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
