It comes in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 5.5V~65V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz 480kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
