LM5145RGYR Description
The LM5145RGYR 75-V synchronous buck controller regulates from a high input voltage source or a high voltage transient-prone input rail, reducing the need for external surge suppression components. Large step-down ratios are enabled by a high-side switch minimum on-time of 40 ns, allowing direct step-down conversion from a 48-V nominal input to low-voltage rails for decreased system complexity and solution cost. The LM5145RGYR continues to run at nearly 100% duty cycle with input voltage dips as low as 6 V, making it a perfect choice for high-performance industrial control, robotics, datacom, and RF power applications.
LM5145RGYR Features
Soft start with adjustable output voltage
Overcurrent protection in hiccup mode
UVLO with hysteresis as input
UVLO protection with VCC and gate-drive
For sequencing and control, a precision enable input and an open-drain PGOOD indication are used.
